Our financial services department is qualified to provide complete bookkeeping services including but not limited to accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger and delinquency reporting using the latest and most complete software available in the industry. As property managers it is our job to administer to the needs of the association. This includes attending meetings, preparing agendas and acting as a liaison with associationís attorney, accountant and insurance agent. We provide timely and responsive client service, and maintain 24 hour communications in case of emergencies. We assist in the enforcement of the associationís governing documents and maintain and provide access to all association records. We are there for you.
We make on site inspections and report to the Board of Directors. We oversee contracted services and projects and inspect completed jobs and report to the board before final payments are made.
Maintenance is one of the fundamentals in the proper operation of an association. We work diligently in the preparation of maintenance schedules and the adherence of maintenance personnel to these schedules. On site inspections are an important part of the process and are conducted regularly. We receive maintenance and repair requests 24 hours per day on our web site and have 24 hour emergency phone service.
When new associations come aboard we implement a very detailed analysis and transition program. This starts with a detailed checklist when we pick up your documents and files. We examine all of your contracts and financial information and confirm that they are correct. Letters go out to unit owners before the transition takes place informing them of what is happening and we provide a list of contact names and phone numbers. On site inspections are done and any problem areas are immediately taken care of. We attempt to make this transition easy on the unit owners and the Board of Directors and as seamlessly as possible.
